Product Overview
Based on the IoT, the Network IO Controller adopts the intelligent pre-warning operation and maintenance management platform system for centralized management. It is an intelligent device developed for the centralized management needs of environmental data collection and monitoring, power management and control, and network status monitoring. It integrates multiple data monitoring, remote control, active alarm, platform monitoring and other functions.
It adopts the guide rail modular design and supports the installation of standard 35mm guide rail. The input and output interfaces are protected against overvoltage, overcurrent and surge protection. The LED indicator shows the working status in real time. It supports temperature and humidity collection, lightning protection device, access control, water flooding and other status monitoring, provides output interfaces such as LED lighting, cooling fan and UPS backup power supply, supports remote control of AC220V power output and real-time data acquisition of voltage, current and power, supports automatic reclosing access, data acquisition and remote control. Supporting web management and remote control to enable and disable power output, and reports system and power exception alarms in real time, effectively improving the efficiency of fault analysis and diagnosis, and minimizing operation and maintenance costs.
Features
● Real-time monitoring of the temperature, humidity and other environmental data in the equipment box. When the temperature of the equipment is too high, an alarm is sent.
● Provide 1channel AC220V controllable output port to collect voltage, current, power and other real-time data.
● The power supply supports remote control to open, close or timed restart.
● Real-time alarms for power supply failures such as overvoltage and low voltage.
● Support real-time monitoring of lightning arrester working status and real-time alarm of abnormal equipment status.
● Support access by access control status signal, real-time alarm of access control status changes.
● Provide a set of DC12V LED light output interface, which can automatically open and close according to the status of access control.
● Built-in UPS backup power supply working mode, can report power failure alarm information when the mains power failure. One set of UPS backup power output ports is provided. The output voltage is DC12V or DC310V.
● Provide a set of temperature control fan output interface, can automatically work according to the set temperature value, output voltage DC12V, AC220V optional.
● It provides a set of input interfaces for water monitoring, which can be connected to the water sensor and provide real-time water alarm.
● Provide a set of RS485 communication interface, support access to automatic reclosing equipment, access to automatic reclosing data and remote control.
● Provide 4G, Internet of Things communication module and other access ports, can support wired, wireless two modes of communication, and support automatic switching.
● Support network camera working status monitoring, working abnormal real-time alarm. Can be linked to restart the camera power supply, automatically eliminate abnormal working problems.
● Industrial design of core module, working temperature -40°C~+85°C, long time stable operation in outdoor working environment.
● Modular structure design; Standard guide rail installation mode.
